There different ways you can donate:

Unrestricted use
Unrestricted gifts allow YouthBuild USA to direct funds to where they are needed most. YouthBuild USA relies on unrestricted funds to support advocacy and new initiatives not yet covered by restricted public or private foundation or corporate funds.

Advocacy
Every $1 donated leverages $200 in public funds. YouthBuild USA spends approximately $300,000 a year on all forms of federal and state advocacy; these expenditures result in close to $60 million of public funds for local YouthBuild programs each year. Advocacy includes leadership opportunities for young people to learn the legislative process and to meet with their elected officials.

Asset building
Every $1 donated is matched by $3 in additional public and private funds. The YouthBuild Asset Trust and the YouthBuild National Individual Development Account Program are two resources that enable low-income YouthBuild graduates to access the necessary funds, financial literacy training, and mentorships to go to college, buy their own homes, start their own businesses, or overcome unexpected setbacks.
