A sneak preview to fun

Welcome to Sioux City YouthBuild!

The Sioux City YouthBuild Program is designed to help unemployed and under-educated young people ages 16-24 work toward their GED or high school diploma while learning job skills by building affordable housing for low-income families.

Strong emphasis is placed on leadership development, community service, and the creation of a positive micro-community of adults and youth committed to success.

Mental Toughness Orientation

During this 4 week session, YouthBuild participants are exposed to a variety of challenges to determine their readiness to commit to the program, develop new relationships, and make positive life changes. Activities include individual and group challenges and life and social skill instruction.
