There have been some significant changes in HBI management staff responsibilities recently.

There have been some significant changes in HBI management staff responsibilities recently. As
most of you know, Al Kamikawa, Executive Vice President retired effective December 31, 2007. Al
has been a major part of HBI for 37 years. We plan to honor his dedication and service in 2008 at
the April HBI Board of Trustees Meeting and at the July Job Corps Instructor conference.

CJ Tirone has been promoted to Executive Vice President and will have overall responsibility for Job
Corps activities. Congratulations CJ!

Keith Albright has been promoted to Vice President for Job Corps. In his new position, Keith will
have oversight for day‐to‐day operations of the Job Corps program. Please join me in
congratulating Keith & CJ on their new responsibilities.
