Counseling and Support Services
Sarah Sayavong, has been with Sioux City YouthBuild for 4 years and has established many connections in the community for services. Sarah has a BS in Criminal Justice Administration and over 8 years of experience working with at risk youth.
Some of the services she can help with include but are not limited to:
DHS forms and support services
Housing information, applications, and process procedures
Substance Abuse evaluations, counseling, treatment, and meetings
Mental Health Counseling and other related services
State Funded Childcare
College Prep, tours, CPT testing, and trade schools
Sarah also is a Liaison Officer for Juvenile Court Services, she is Knowledgeable in the legal aspect of juvenile law and adult law. She works with adult probation officers and juvenile probation officers to better serve the youth.
